Dorothy (Brownlow) Lozano, 95, of Garden Hill Rd., Middlefield, wife of the late Alfonso Lozano, died Saturday March 17, 2012 at Middlesex Hospital.

     She was born in Middletown, the daughter of the late Frederick and Emma (Sauermann) Brownlow. Prior to her retirement, she was a secretary at Long Lane School. She is survived by her sister, Evelyn Steinhilper of Middletown; nephews, Charles Steinhilper of Higganum, and Louis Brownlow of Missouri; nieces, Deborah Bullock of Missouri, and Laurie Ambrose of Texas; also several grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Elwyn Brownlow and a sister, Emily Brownlow.
